By signing up and actively using the Sit Home Cash program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Sit Home Cash may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via post on the home page of Sit Home Cash. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to proactively terminate this agreement via email to
admin@sithomecash.com or to file a grievance or appeal. Your continued participation in the Sit Home Cash program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. |

Responsibility of Members |
|
|
Prohibited/Fraudulent Clicks |
|
Any method that artificially and/or fraudulently generates clicks is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to: repeated manual clicks, incentives to click, using robots, automated clicking tools, or other deceptive software. Please note that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited, to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs. |

We do not endorse down line builders. You MUST Understand English. You must be an adult 18 years of age or older. Minors (as defined in your local region) may not participate in this program. |

|
You agree to and must use your own name (full name no initials), address (full physical address - NO PO Boxes, home phone number, and email address in the sign-up process and you may not assume a false identity. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Sit Home Cash account. |
|
|
If you log into an account from a pc that is already being used by a current Sit Home Cash member both accounts may be terminated. In addition you many NOT use a proxy server. |

|
Only one (1) member account per household, internet connection (ISP account / IP address), and computer. You must have complete and sole physical and logical access to your PC - duplicate accounts are forbidden. You may not access Sit Home Cash via a public computer or public computer network (such as in an internet cafe, school, or library, public wifi hotspot, or company/corporate (at work) network.) |

You will use your username / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential; you may change your password by logging into your Sit Home Cash account and changing the information via the provided link. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. |
|
|
Please be aware anyone caught cheating/committing fraud in any way are in violation of these terms, and privacy statement and therefore are not protected by them due to their own violation. Therefore that gives us the right to make others aware of your identity to protect further fraud. Cheating is: using software to click links or participate in our program in any way, having multiple accounts, attempting to sell your account and any other behavior that commits fraud. In addition no payment will be made to you if you owe us money until you have paid us in full. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Sit Home Cash account including unwise authorization by you to any third party individual that may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, attempts to defeat, bypass, or circumvent systems put in place for security or click quality control, or any similar type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Sit Home Cash be detected it may result in membership termination, funds forfeiture (either in part or in whole) and possible legal action.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from Sit Home Cash without proactive notification of your new email address to
admin@sithomecash.com your account will may be terminated and, in such case, you may, at the sole discretion of Sit Home Cash, forfeit all prior earnings. In addition, anyone found to be inactive, who has not clicked on at least 10 cents worth of links in 30 days, may be terminated and all earnings forfeited.

Using fraudulent information to complete any offers/surveys will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and forfeiture of all funds. Fraud includes, but is not limited to: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using fake information to complete offers; excessive “typo” looking type entries of information, using information that is not your own to complete offers; using pre-paid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; complete offers more than once (be it here, or at any other site showing that offer, or the offer's home site); canceling offers and/or trials immediately upon receiving credit from Sit Home Cash. |

Payments are sent out on or around the 20th of each month for “standard” withdrawal requests made the month before. “Expedited” withdrawal requests are governed by the terms set forth on the withdrawal page at the time of withdrawal and will involve a fee deducted from the withdrawal amount.
Members discovered with incomplete or inaccurate account information may have their funds forfeited and may not be paid.
Due to very rare circumstances beyond our control payments may require additional time for processing and/or verification. Offers that the member completed in the past month may not always be available as soon as the month after, as certain offers may take longer to receive commissions from a particular sponsor network. |

All members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until we have received payment from our sponsor network and/or sponsors. Before payment is made, every member account may be audited and information verified to ensure that no fraud has taken place. We reserve the option to request positive proof of identification, address, age, and other such information before making any payment (though we rarely exercise this option.) |
|
|
We will never be deemed as “owing payment” to any member absent authorization, verification, and payment from our sponsor or sponsor network. Payment will only be made after verification that the offers completed have been signed off upon and paid by our sponsor network and/or sponsor. We reserve the right to request government issued photo ID verification for any and all member accounts. This request may be made without stated cause. If this request is denied we reserve the right to withhold funds indefinitely until our request has been complied with and documents verified. |

We shall, at no time, be held liable for any result of the use of the member's account. This includes, but is not limited to: termination, suspension, information dissemination, legal proceedings against you, damages (actual or consequential), suits, losses, judgments, litigation costs, attorneys' fees, and any other consequences. Any and all consequences of decisions the member makes on any website listed in 'offers' will be the sole responsibility of that member. We will not be held responsible for any and all actions performed on any and all advertiser’s/sponsor’s websites and/or concerning their products and services. |

Relationship of the Parties |
|
|
You and Sit Home Cash are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, affiliate, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Sit Home Cash. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Sit Home Cash. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this agreement. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Sit Home Cash program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited. |

Sit Home Cash will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Sit Home Cash program, even if Sit Home Cash has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Sit Home Cash aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. |

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate service for any and/or all users and/or members at any time, without prior notice. Upon termination, we do not assume any commitment toward any user and/or member whether past or present. |
|
|
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Sit Home Cash and may result in legal prosecution. Sit Home Cash strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Sit Home Cash may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud under this agreement. Sit Home Cash may file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups and/or fraud. |

We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use Sit Home Cash's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it. |

The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address. |

We will not sell, lease, or otherwise disclose our member’s personal information to any other entity outside our operation unless this information is required by an official law enforcement agency for official purposes. |

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice on our home page and/or news page. Each version will be noted at the top of the page along with the date of the revision. |

· You must be an adult at least age 18 to participate.
· Only one account per household, computer, and Internet Connection. Multiple accounts from the same household, computer, and/or internet connection are subject to severe penalties including deletion and forfeiture of pay.
· You must fill out ALL the requested information on our registration form including street address (no PO boxes) and phone number. If this information is not filled out in full, or is found to be inaccurate your account is subject to deletion without pay.
· The use of internet proxies is strictly forbidden here.
· The use of public terminals (such as at a school, library, etc.) to complete offers is strictly forbidden. Use only a computer that is solely under your own possession and control.
· We have zero tolerance for members who use fraudulent or fake information, who have fraudulent intent in completing offers, or who may attempt to re-complete offers here that have already been completed elsewhere.

Termination |
|
Termination of a member's account does not merit the creation of a new account. There is only one account per household allowed. If more than one account is created in the same household, this is considered fraud and both accounts will be deleted with all monies forfeited. Members may cancel their member account with Sit Home Cash at any time by writing to our mailing address (below) or emailing
admin@sithomecash.com and requesting account termination. |

|
We may, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice or warning, terminate any account. These terminated accounts shall lose any and all potential benefits associated with the site, including, but not limited to cash earned and prizes requested. We will not offer or owe anything to users whose accounts have been terminated and/or suspended.
We also reserve the right to terminate the account and withhold payment from any and all members that are deemed to be fraudulently completing offers, no matter how significant the degree of fraud. |

|
Any and all legal questions and/or claims resulting from the operation and / or use of our web site service Sit Home Cash (
www.SitHomeCash.com) shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the court(s) of the United States of America, the State of Illinois, and the County of Cook. |
|
|
If any part or parts of this terms of service agreement may be deemed unlawful, invalid, or in error -- all remaining parts will remain intact.
